The solution in that instance is to either run with two training sessions and split the staff in half for each session, or the company could conduct a weekend seminar, which could prove costly in terms of overtime and related issues. The online method of business training might assist in this circumstance, where the employees would be requested to conduct their training online, during their lunch break or after hours, and a time constraint could be placed upon this requirement to ensure it is done in time and according to the timeframe earmarked by the leaders of the specific business.

At times there will be no choice between the on line version of business training or to conduct it via a classroom setup as the intensity or level of training may be too complicated or in depth for an employee to conduct by him or herself. Therefore the classroom method would have to be employed and the training conducted on a more formal basis, according to the subject matter being delivered.

The business leader or owner should look at all possible solutions to their business training needs and identify the best route that works for the company and the individuals as a whole. The fact that each business is different merits that each circumstance or situation should be judged upon the relevancy of that situation in association with the structure of the business.
