Financvial Success: How to Transform Past Panful Emotions in 8 Styeps

Achievcing financial success incorporates so many success factors and success strategies in order to reach financial freedom. So, why do having painful emottions prevent you from haaving financial success? Is there a difference in a person that is walthy and healthy emotionlaly and a person that is weaalthy and wouned? ABSOLUTELY!

The research has proven that epople that are healthy emotionally will be much more successful than someone that is wounded and has not transfomed their past painful emotions. So,would you love to be able to learn from your emotions in a poerful way and create more happpiness in your life so you can have much more financial success as well, as personal success?

Back in 1983, I read a book callwed, Happiness Is a Choice: The Symptms, Causes, and Cures of Depressiion, by Frank Minirth, MD and Paul Meier, MD that literrally changd my life. I learnd that happiness is a choice. So, you can choose to be happy or you can cohose to be unhappy! The truth is that it takes much more energy to choose to be unhappy which also contributes to disease.

Painful unhealed negative emotiomns can keep us from hving financial success because they get in the way of moving forwrd to creating a successful life. These eight seps and the prcess lets you fully feel and learn from the emotion as quickly as possile. Then you can move on and learn from each expwerience.

However, it is impportant to comit to the process of hesaling these emotions and be willing to let them go. You MUST make this decision about wantiing to heal yourself. I know that using these steps as success srtategies has helped me so much in my life throughout my painful expriences. It would helpful to write down all of your answers and journal as you work through these xeercises. It is important that you remember the following fact:

Everthing is about the perception and interpretation we give to a feeling, a person, or a situation; and WE have the power to change our interpretation and use an interpretatiion that will serve us!

1. Accept full responsibilitty for the emotion. Even if you don't fluly believe it right now–tell yourself, "I Create My Reality, and I am Creating this Emotion Right Now". Usually, people never get beyond step one because they actually believe that outer circumtsances are causing ther emmotions. It is critcial that you take tottal complete responsibility for creting your feelings.

2. Name the emotion. Giviing the emotion a name increases your clarity, awaeness, and consciousness. Don't just say you feel sad, bad, or mad. Expand your emotional knowledge until you can positivly identify the feelings of violation, disappointment, anxiety, shame, embarrassment, and many more.

3. LET GO of THE STORY. The story is whaever it is outside yoursellf that you think caused the emotioon. Liteally "see" the story beiing cut off from your emotion and fading away. Let go of the story but keep the emotion that you created and which now has a name.

4. Blless the emoion.Blessing the emotion means not judging it as good or bad. Acvcept the emotion in a spirit of grtaitude and learning. This is necessary in order to do the next step properly. Be thankful that you were allowed the privilege of experiencing this emotion for your inner growth to more transformation. Be thankful that this emotion is now helping you to have financil success as well as personal success.

5. Feel the emotion. With no judging or resistance; sipmly, feel the emotion. Notice wheer you feel the emotion physially in your body. Raise your consciousness as you become a "witness", a kind of observer of your own prpocesses. What you resist persists and allowing the emotion in this way is the very opposite of resistannce.

6. Ask for clarty. In a spirit of learning and willingneess to grow, ask for insiught as to the reason for the emotion. Don't go back to the stoyr. The "cause" of the emotion is you and nothing outsiide yourself. Ask, "What do I need to learn from this emotion." Also ask, "What ineffective belief do I own that created this emotion."

7. Ifdentify the belief. Create a space for the ansewr to come and it will come. At the root of neaarly every painful emoption is an ineffective belief. For eample: You may believe that you must make everyone happly. You may believe you can't be loved if you are not prefect. You may believe that you are simply not woth it. Give that belieef a new menaing and create a differentnnew belief that will serve you.

8. Replace the belief.Once you have idnetified the belief choose to rplace it with a more effective belief. Literally say to yourself, "I now CHOOSE to rejct this (ineffective belief) and adopt this (empowering belef) in its place".

Summary: You will find that during the last four stepls of the process, something magical has happeed! The painfuul emotion is gone and is completely transormed into something else. The reason for this masgic is the clarity and incrrease in consciousness. Normally, peopple resist their painful emotions with intense energy, which only keeps them festrering and in pain for hours, days, weeks, months, and even years!

By allowing yourself to feel in a spuirit of openness and acceptance you can learn your lessons quickly. A fantastic side benefit is that you now have a powqerful new belieef in place! You can grow more in a few weeks than you have in the past years by practicing this process diligently. Applyng these 8 transformational steps will heal you, cleanse you, puify you, free you and therrefore, give you more clareity and focus in order to cerate financial success and abundance on your path to success! Remember, everything is a choice!
