Statistics show us that almost sixty percent of Americans are overweight. In July 2007 America's population was estimated to be three hundred million meaning that at least eighteen hundred million of Americans are overweight. It appears that the odds are stacked against the average American when it comes to healthy weight loss. It is almost as though there is a conspiracy whose aim it is to keep us fat, stopping us from losing those unwanted pounds once and for all. In fact, in one of my recommended weight loss products, Dr Suzanne Gudakunst, maintains that there is such a conspiracy.
